A leading global hospitality brand is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable executive assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO. This role requires a proactive and resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional organizational and communication skills, and can anticipate needs before they arise. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting C-suite executives and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.


Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and events across multiple time zones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and correspondence for internal and external use.
  • Take initiative to streamline daily operations and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.

Travel & Event Coordination

  • Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Ensure seamless execution of meetings, conferences, and company events attended by the CEO.
  • Handle last-minute changes and challenges with professionalism and problem-solving skills.

Communication & Liaison

  • Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing and managing requests for the CEO’s time and attention.
  • Draft and review emails, memos, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, board members, and external partners.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings when necessary, taking detailed notes and ensuring follow-up actions.

Project Management & Operations

  • Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution.
  • Support the CEO in preparing for high-level meetings by compiling briefing materials and research.
  • Collaborate with different departments to facilitate communication and alignment with company goals.
  • Implement organizational systems and processes to improve efficiency.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting C-suite executives, preferably within a hospitality, luxury, or service-driven industry.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its fast-paced nature.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve, and take initiative without constant direction.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and diplomatic approach.
  • High level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
  • Experience coordinating global travel and managing complex schedules.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a dynamic work environment with changing priorities.
  • This is an in-office position based out of our corporate headquarters in New York City.
